- Yeast mily mixture se ak soft se dough tyr krlen…..uske bad bowl mein oil lagaen or dough ke uper oil yeh ghee laga kar dhak kar rakh dein 1 hour ke liye
- Agar jaldi dough rise krni hai to ap oven ko heatup kar ke us mein rakh sakty hain
- Us ke bad 6 naan ke liye dough ko parts mein krlen….5 min choren dough ko.phr usko bail kar gol shape krlen zAda bari nh krna hai naan ko.
- Phr tawa ko achy se garam krlen or naan ke side par garlic or daniya dal kar hlka se bail lein or naan ke dosry side par pani lagaen or pani wala side tawa par dal lein or medium flame mein naan ko cook hony dein or phr tawa ulta kar ke naan ko sak lein
- Jab naan par colour ajae to usy utar kar butter se brush karen or kapra dal dein us par jis se naaan bohat soft hoga…
