  6. Make 1 thread chasni from it.and keep it aside.
  7. Place the half kunafa dough in a non stick pan and add cheese and mozzarella cheese over it.cover the cheese with the rest of kunafa dough.the cheese should be covered completely.
  8. Take a tawa put the flame on.flame should be slow.place the pan on the tawa.cover the pan with a tight lid.
  9. Cook for 10-15 min from each side.change the side by flipping the pan on a flat surface (be careful).
  10. Once done from both side it looks golden in colour.remove from the gas.
  11. Pour the sugar syrup all over the kunafa.garnish with pistachios.serve hot.
