- Wash dry and break/cut cauliflower up into bite size pieces. Throw into large bowl, add all ingredients and toss together.
- Bake at 350 degrees on flat sheet for 45 mins, check to see if it needs more time, adjust seasonings, enjoy
Then drizzle with the olive oil, and sprinkle evenly with the salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place cauliflower in a large mixing bowl. Pour on enough olive oil to coat (a few tablespoons). Season generously with salt and pepper and toss gently until evenly. Bake cauliflower in the oven whole.
