You can check out my normal veg briyani and dum veg briyani which i posted long before in this blog. Sometimes i make briyani by adding coconut milk in it, sometimes i ground up lots of herbs and add it to the briyani.

  1. Prepare 1 1/2 cups basmati rice(boiled)
  2. Get 1 1/2 bowl green sowa paste
  3. Get 1 bowl green peas
  4. Take 1 bowl grated onion
  5. Make ready 1 bowl grated tomato
  6. Make ready 1/2 bowl Chopped cauliflower
  7. Take 1 bowl Chopped potato (boiled)

  10. Get 1/2 bowl Chopped red capsicum
  11. Prepare 1/2 bowl Chopped dry fruits (Cashew, Almond)
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp grated ginger, garlic, green chilli
  13. Prepare 1/2 lemon
  14. Make ready as per taste Salt
  15. Get 1/2 tbsp broken whole spice(Clave, Cardamom, cinnamon, Javitri)
  16. Prepare As required peas
  17. Take 3 tbsp refined oil
  18. Take 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
  19. Get 1 tbsp red chilli Powder
  20. Get 1 tbsp garam masala

And this Easy Vegetable Biryani is anything but boring. Vegetable biryani is an aromatic rice dish made by cooking basmati rice with mix veggies, herbs & biryani spices. Traditionally Biryani was made by dum cooking marinated meat with basmati rice & spices. Making a vegetarian version becomes much simpler as the veggies need no marination.

Instructions to make Green veg biryani:
  1. First of all we will prepare sowa paste. For that we will prepare the paste by add in a half a bowl of sowa 1tomato, 2tabsp Coriander leaves and 1green chilli in the mixer grinder. Now we will collect all the material.
  2. Now we will heat the oil in the embroidery and chop the rye in it, then add the Chopped Onion and fry it lightly, then add the sharp leaf and the spilled spice and all the Vegetables and cook on medium gas for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Now we will cook for 2 to 3 minutes by adding grated onion, ginger-garlic, green chilli and dry fruits,then we will cook 4 to 5 minutes by adding grated tomato and sowa paste to it.
  4. Now add rice, spice and salt to it and mix well. Then we will stop the gas.
  5. Take our healthy tasty and delicious green veg biryani, enjoy eating it.

Traditionally Biryani was made by dum cooking marinated meat with basmati rice & spices. Making a vegetarian version becomes much simpler as the veggies need no marination. You might have noticed in a vegetable restaurant biryani, the default vegetables are ' carrots, green beans, cauliflower, onions, few herbs ' and nowadays, I've even seen potatoes being added. So gather all your favorite vegetables, spices, ghee, nuts, yogurt and cook everything together to form a thick gravy vegetable. In a vegetarian biryani you can always add a variety of vegetables.
