- Knead soft dough with wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, ajwain, oil and enough water. Rest for 10 minutes. Then prepare equal size of balls from it.
- Take a ball. Roll out small roti. Put generous amount of prepared stuffing in the centre. Close by pleating and remove extra dough from upper side. Press it and roll out again gently.
- Cook both sides on tawa with oil or butter till golden. Yummy green peas paratha is ready to serve. Serve with green chutney or any soup of your choice.
