  3. Then add dhania jeera powder, garam masala powder, amchur powder and sugar. Combine well. Cook for couple of minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Stuffing is ready. Cool down at room temperature.
  4. Knead soft dough with wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, ajwain, oil and enough water. Rest for 10 minutes. Then prepare equal size of balls from it.
  5. Take a ball. Roll out small roti. Put generous amount of prepared stuffing in the centre. Close by pleating and remove extra dough from upper side. Press it and roll out again gently.
  6. Cook both sides on tawa with oil or butter till golden. Yummy green peas paratha is ready to serve. Serve with green chutney or any soup of your choice.
