- Spread the chilles on the cloth and let it dry for 2-3 hours. Meanwhile take mustard daal and fennel seeds and run it in the mixie for some time. Take a pan, add mustard oil. I wanted a strong smell so I used mustard oil. If you don't like strong smell, can change the oil.
- In another vessel, add roughly crushed mustard, fennel seeds, salt, asfoitida and pepper. Pour hot mustard oil, especially on asfoitida. Mix it well with spoon. Add chilles. Mix it again. Store in glass jar and keep it in the fridge. You can enjoy this pickle with any dish.
