- First in a large bowl take 2 cup refinnd flour add some salt,ghee, ajwain and mix nicely now add water and start knead the dough.knead the tight the dough and grease with oil,cover and rest for 20 minutes.
- Now in a pan take 2 tsp oil and saute crushed green chillies and ginger..then add boil green peas and mesh them now Palak leave puuri. Mix them well add saute for 5 miniuts then add mashed potatoes, a pinch off green colour,coriander leaves,garam masala, fennel seeds powder,aamchur powder,salt,rainis, caswunut and mix all.now our filling is readdy.
- Knead the dough slightly and take a ball size dough,roll the dough into round shape.now cut and divine into two equal portions.grease with water and make a cone stuffe 2 tsp green masala into the cone.grease little water on the edges and close and seal tightly by pressing firmly.
- Heat the oil in a kadai and deep fry the samosa on a low flame for 15 minutes once the green samosa turn golden and crisp,drain off over kitchen paper. Enjoying green samosa with tamarind chutney, tomato sauce and green chutney.
