Instructions to make Hariyali Pulao Green Herby Rice:
- Rinse Basmati Rice with water 2-3 times & soak in enough water for 15 mins. Then drain the water & keep aside for at least 10 mins.
- Quick Blanch Spinach leaves(not more than 1 min otherwise it'll loose the colour) and grind with some Coriander & Mint leaves, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli to make green paste using some water.
- Heat coconut oil or ghee in a pressure cooker, saute all whole spices mentioned in ingredients for a min.
- Add finely chopped onion, saute till translucent. Add green peas, french beans also. Then add green paste, salt & garam masala powder. Cook for 2-3 mins.
- Add Rice. Mix everything well & cook for a min.
- Then add Thin Coconut Milk or water. Bring to a boil & cook to 2-3 whistles. Enjoy Hot!!
