The ingredients needed to make Green Peas Pulao:
- Get 1/2 cup green peas
- Get 1 & 1/2 cup basmati rice
- Prepare Veggies of your choices (optional)
- Get 3 tbsp ghee
- Prepare 1 small spoon cumin seed
- Make ready 2 cardamom and cloves
- Take Salt as per taste
- Get 1 cup thinly sliced onion

Instructions to make Green Peas Pulao:
- Soak the rice in enough water in a deep bowl for 30 minutes, drain and keep aside.
- Heat the ghee in a pressure cooker, add the cloves, cardamom, and onions and sauté on a medium flame.
- Add all the chopped veggies and peas followed by all the spices and saute it for sometime
- Add salt and 1½ cups of water, mix well and pressure cook for 1 whistles. - Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
- Serve hot with green salad and yogurt.
