- Get 1/4 tin water - use coconut milk tin
- Get 1 tbspn salt
- Get Fresh green veggies - I pre cooked fine green beans and tenderstem broccoli before adding them to the curry at the end. Any green veg will do
- Prepare Garnish
- Make ready 1 spring onion chopped small
- Prepare 1 large red chilli for garnish
- Prepare 1 handful coriander
- Make ready Lime wedge
- Prepare Serve with Jasmin rice
