The ingredients needed to make Frozen rose:
  1. Prepare 1 cup Full fat cream
  2. Prepare Dahi half cup
  3. Prepare to taste Sugar acc
  4. Get 200 gm jamun pulp

Since rosé is alcohol, it won't be frozen solid. In a small saucepan, combine ½ cup sugar and ½. In a plastic freezer bag, combine rosé, vodka, simple syrup and lemon juice. The alcohol will prevent this from freezing solid.

  1. In a bowl beat the cream and get whipp cream
  2. Add dahi and powder sugar acc to taste and blend
  3. Now add jamun pureed
  4. Mix all things well and pour in silicone moulds
  5. Freeze for 4-5 hours
  6. Serve chilled

In a plastic freezer bag, combine rosé, vodka, simple syrup and lemon juice. The alcohol will prevent this from freezing solid. Blend slush with frozen strawberries until smooth and serve immediately. Frozen rose is a heightened version of the wine that brings a fun vibe to however you drink it. Drink it with appetizers on the patio, or to accompany a summer grilled meal.
