- Bake for 180°C for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean
- Set the cake on a wire rack to cool and prepare 3 milks by mixing evaporated milk, condensed milk and heavy cream together
- Poke holes in the cake and absorb the 3 milk mixture into it in 3 batches. Don't add all at once
- Now refrigerate the cake for 2 hours
- Top up the cold cake with chilled whipping cream
- Decorate the cake with ganache or anything of your choice. Yummy tres leches cake is ready
